Rathfinny

In 2010, Mark and Sarah Driver set oout with a vision to create some of the worlds finest sparling wine. They puchased a working arable farm in sussex which had been worked since medieval times. There, they have some prime chalk, soil and aspect which are integral for producing high class sparkling wine. Rathfinny wines are made using traditional method and low dosageto preserve the natural character of their grapes and terroir. They age patiently on lees to develop richness and autolytic notes. These are classy wines indeed.
