Founded in 2002 by Robert de la Mota, the son of a family with a long history as winemakers in Mendoza. They own three `fincas` (estates) in the region, two (Finca Mendel, their home vineyard, and Finca de los Andes) in Lujan de Cuyo and one (Finca Remota) in Altamira, Valle de Uco. All three vineyards are at aroud 1000m above sea level, and include vines going back to 1928. (JH 22/04/2026)
