Not so deep in colour, but quite elegant on the nose. A lighter red fruit profile. Beautifully generous through the middle, perfumed strawberry and raspberry, with a structure built more on acidity than tannin. 89-92 points

The 2022 Vosne-Romanee Village has an elegant bouquet unfolding in the glass, leaning more towards red fruit, though it is not the most complex I feel Grivot has ever produced. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, taut and fresh, just a twist of sour cherry and tobacco towards the finish. Drink over the next decade. 87-89 points
