The 2021 Roda I Blanco is a blend of Viura, Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía Riojana, aged 18 months in 500-liter barrels. Golden in hue, it opens with pear, baked apple, quince and dried citrus peel, layered with oak and nutty hints. Broad and creamy, with vibrant acidity and chalky grip, fruit and oak are in harmony during the long finish. The 2021 is a compact, rich, modern white from Rioja. 94 points
