Jane Anson
This is a little tight on the opening, bright fruit running underneath but clear austerity to the tannins, and touches of tobacco leaf and redcurrant fruits that feel a little strained. Enjoyable coffee smoke as it opens, and there is delicacy. First year of conversion to organic farming. Harvest September 14 to October 1. 89 points

Juicy and fruit-driven with considerable freshness. Red- and dark-fruit notes. Touch more concentration due to yield. Light but finely etched tannins. Simple but pleasing. 16 points

Floral-herbal Merlot; medium-full, fresh to lively, finely tannic; an attractive sweet core of fruit, nice length to taste, classy, subtle, with a long aftertaste, too. A delicious petit bon bon. Drink 2026–36. 89–90 points
