The 2020 Bourgogne Rouge, which is 50% whole bunch and 10% new oak. The bouquet is sorbet fresh with dark cherries and cassis. There is a lovely crunchy texture on the palate, fine acidity, brisk and quite penetrating for a regional red on the finish. A fine introduction to the wines of Mortet. 88-90 points
