Allen Meadows
A ripe and very spicy nose offers up its aromas of violet, dark cherry, raspberry and traces of cassis and earth. There is excellent density to the extract-rich medium-bodied flavors that possess an appealing texture while exhibiting firm tannins on the muscular and lightly rustic finale. This is a very good Mercurey villages and worth investigating. 89-91 points
