2019 Alexis Pollier Pouilly-Fuisse

Rich and unctuous, full of fruit and oak-spice, very pretty and very satisfying, in a refreshingly old-school style. The palate is lifted by balancing acidity, making this wine extremely drinkable despite its weight. Overall a very fine example of white Burgundy from the sunnier climes of the Maconnais.
