Luis Gutierrez

One of three reds without sulfur, the 2018 Arbois Rouge DD is a blend of the three grapes from Jura. It`s a light red wine they produce to drink in the summer and is full of juicy red fruit, with a light to medium-bodied palate and a pleasant bitterness on the finish. It`s dry and very appropriate for food. He tries to make very clean and precise wines in the non-sulfur line, and here it shows a more delicate and fruit-driven style. The Pinot Noir is fermented with stems, and the Trousseau and Pulsar are destemmed. They make 30,000 bottles of this. 91+ points
