Allen Meadows
A quite deeply pitched and notably ripe nose displays aromas of poached plum and a touch of roasted fruit. The lavishly rich and opulent medium-bodied flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the bitter pit fruit-inflected finish that exhibits solid power on the mildly edgy finish. This powerful effort is somewhat awkward though because the supporting tannins seem ripe, my range offers the benefit of the doubt. 89-92 points
