The 2018 Chablis Les Grenouilles Grand Cru has a classy, well-defined bouquet with mineral-infused yellow fruit, touches of honeysuckle, lovely definition and harmony. The palate is well balanced, waxy-textured, and a concentrated opening, with fine acidity, yellow plum mixed with touches of mango. A lovely weighty finish has just the right amount of salinity. Excellent. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2018 white tasting. 92 points
