2017 Marc Colin Bourgogne Chardonnay
Secondary Description
Great citrus fruit, round and welcoming, with a nice line of acidity carrying right through the palate. There has been no batonnage, and an only restrained use of old oak. Lime, and a hint of shiso on the finish. (NT 21/02/18)

The 2017 Bourgogne Chardonnay is a blend of three parcels (this had been bottled in August). It has a light but attractive lemon curd and wax scented bouquet. The palate is nicely balanced with a fine bead of acidity, quite chalky in style with a brisk, Puligny-like finish. Fine. (DIAM closure).87 points
