Pale lemon-gold. Stinky, swimming-pool reduction. Classic waxed-lemon rind and lemon thyme emerges on swirling. Lots of dried, resinous herbs build. Brisk acidity gives life to the rich lemon and stony palate. A little bitter and not so long, but characterful. Warming finish. 16 points
