The 2017 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has (another) captivating bouquet, here yellow flowers, Mirabelle, cold stone and touches of white peach are all beautifully defined. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, a little spicier than the Montmains with great precision on the quite penetrating finish. This is a great Fourchaume.91-93 points
