1er cru
Previously known as Sous le Roche Dumay, the Moreaus have reluctantly had to change the name of this cuvee for administrative reasons. If they hadn`t lit candles in the vineyards, frost would likely have decimated here again in 2017, but happily they avoided that fate. A delicate approach, a touch of both blossom and butter. It fills out mid-palate, delivers a shot of electricity towards the end, then offers a soft, lingering finish. This premier cru really punches above its price point. (NT 20/02/19)

Julia Harding
Less peachy than the Bourgogne but still ripe on the nose. Impressive concentration and generosity in the mouth. Singing its heart out. Gives itself to you. And finishes with a light spice and plenty of freshness. So wholehearted. 16.5 points
