Beautiful bronze-tinged ruby hue. Aromas of muddled cherries and raspberries, with a hint of peach and baking spices. The plate is feather-light, yet full of flavour - red berry fruit mingles with vanilla and a touch of damp earth. Particularly tasty when served at just below room temperature. Exceptional value for money from this tiny 7-hectare estate - founded by a dentist in the 1990s, it remains a labour of love, each release treated with an uncompromising dedication to producing top quality wines.
