Super-light in the glass, thinning to golden-brown at the edges. Aromas of blood orange, spiced citrus-peel, dried raspberries and strawberry liqueur. The palate is savoury, with dried leaves, cherry and dusty, mellow tannin, warming on the long, spicy finish. Not a wine to approach with expectations; complex, nuanced and unique. (JH 02/03/2023)
