Made with old vines from a single parcel in a Premier Cru that can be red as well as white (and is chez Pillot), this is floral and scented, with a hint of reduction, stylish oak and sweet peach and nectarine fruit. Fatter and broader than most of the Pillot whites, but still lovely. Drink 2016-23. 94 points
