A Chichée Premier Cru that’s situated on the left bank of the River Serein, unlike Vaucoupin. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, it’s minerally and chiselled with notes of lime zest and gunflint and a hint of kerosene that wouldn’t look out of place in a Riesling. Drink 2018-26. 94 points
