One of the best Chablis of the vintage (and this in a fantastic vintage in the region), the Droins’ Les Clos is everything you’d expect from this great terroir. Racy, mineral and profound, with easily assimilated 50% oak, it’s long, taut and focused with breezy, oyster shell minerality, layers of flavour and a pithy, refreshing finish. 97 points
