Lovely fragrant wine, richly supple on the palate. Long finish. Delicious. 90 points

The Château de Fieuzal Blanc 2014 has an attractive nose. lime mixed with citrus fruit and touches of grilled walnut coming through with aeration. The palate is quite shrill on the entry with attacking lime and citrus scents. The acidity is quite strong here, but there is plenty of fruit and a lovely sense of tension on the finish. This is an excellent Pessac-Léognan from this rejuvenated estate. 91-93 points

Like the red wine from the same property, this is showing a little too much oak at the moment, but has enough fruit and acidity to harmonise over the coming months. Smoky, candle waxy and herbal with plenty of taut acidity to drive the wine forward on the palate. 91 points
