Stabilised and ready for bottling two days after our appointment, the 2014 Bernard Moreau St-Aubin Sous la Roche Dumay is punchy, fresh and shows zippy greengage fruit. In the last few years it has benefited from earlier picking and the vibrant fruit and mineral character derive partially from this. (CW 3/11/15)
