2013 Paul Pillot Chassagne Caillerets

Secondary Description
he 2013 Paul Pillot 1er Cru Chassagne Caillerets comprises four parcels of vines from the vineyard, all around fifty years old. It`s very fine, vinous, quite reduced at this stage and very tight, very long and very stony. I don`t mind tasting through the reduction at this stage because it does mean the wines will age, and Thierry wants you to age his wines. (CW 03/11/14)
