2013 Negly Brise Marine (Languedoc-La Clape)

This is a superb white from near Sete, down on the Med. Its saline minerality and stone fruit evoke the coastal iodine freshness and the texture and weight make a lovely, taut and poised wine. This goes to its pilates classes and definitely cleans behind its fridge. (CW 05/09/14)
