(20% new oak during the first part of its elevage). Bright green-tinged yellow. Pure, slightly metallic aromas of green papaya, lime zest and spices. An enticingly sweet if youthfully tight fruit bomb on the palate, with a lovely sugar/acid balance energizing the peach and pear flavors. Finishes with an intriguing hint of olive oil. 89-92 points

An ever-so-mildly exotic nose offers up notes of pear, peach, white flowers and algae. This is also very rich, round and generous with its opulent yet focused medium-bodied flavors that possess plenty of dry extract, all wrapped in a vibrant finish. There is a noticeable contrast between the softly sweet mid-palate against an agreeably dry finish. 90-92 points
