Antonio Galloni
The 2013 Chablis Fourchaume is one of the most explosive wines in the range. Dried pear, spice, mint and crushed flowers burst from the glass in a rich, intense Chablis built on texture and volume. The oak is a bit prominent at this stage, but there is more than enough depth to balance things out. 90-92 points

This is also unmistakably Chablis in character with its blend of iodine, green fruit, sea water and mineral reduction. There is slightly better energy and detail to the middle weight flavors though there isn`t quite the same size and weight present on the saline and sleekly powerful finish. I very much like the mouth feel and this is a Fourchaume of harmony and grace. 90-93 points
