Pale yellow. Sweet, ripe aromas of yellow plum and oak char, plus a more exotic suggestion of mirabelle. The yellow fruit flavors show good power and penetration, along with an attractive sucrosité that belies the wine`s extremely low residual sugar (0.3 g/l, according to Boillot). Tactile and very dry on the finish. This wine has turned out very well. 91 points
