The sweet Jurancon from Charles Hours is made from 100% Petit Manseng. Rich and perfumed, the flavour is full of exotic fruits such as mango and the dense sweetness of dried apricots. There is sufficient acidity on the finish to round off this dessert wine. Can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif and would stand up to pate or a rich, blue cheese such as Roquefort. (RRS 03/08/18)
