The 2013 Reserve White is a blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon from the property, matured for 11 months in oak (Saury), half new and with one-third undergoing malolactic fermentation, kept without sulfur until blending. It has a pure and quite elegant citrus lemon and white-peach scented bouquet with hints of almond mucking about like bored toddlers in the background. The palate is well-balanced, soft on the entry with citrus lemon and spice notes (sage and white pepper), gradually building toward a harmonious saline finish. This is delicious. 90 points
