2012 Massaya Terrasses de Baalbeck

Massaya is owned by the Lebanese Ghosn family and situated in the almost perfect Bekaa valley. The vines and winemaking are heavily influenced by French helpers and collaborators – the Brunier brothers from Beaucastel in Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Stephane Derononcourt from Bordeaux. Together they get the best from the fruit and produce stunning and very Lebanese wine that reflects the best of the Bekaa. (CW 26/06/17)
