Citrus, white flowers and mint inform the 2012 Chablis Montmains, another wine built on a finely-sculpted core of fruit. Deceptively medium in body, the Montmains is a wine of focus and pure energy. It is also less obvious than some of the other 2012s here and will require a measure of patience. 92+ points
