2012 Gusbourne Pinot Noir
Secondary Description
This is the most successful English red I`ve tried, with juicy fruit and great freshness. It is a creation of a typically awkward English summer, which gives and takes away in equal measure. Poor flowering gave a much reduced yield, but this in turn allowed a full ripening of the fruit in a cool and somewhat overcast season that produced full flavour and gratifyingly low alcohol.
