Allen Meadows
This is both more aromatically complex and elegant with its layered nose of black cherry liqueur, plum and violet suffused aromas. There is the same refined mouth feel to the supple, round and utterly delicious medium weight flavors that possess a touch of wood on the balanced finish. This is not particularly dense but there is good depth on the lingering finish. An understated effort. 89-91 points
