2011 Yannick Amirault Bourgueil Grand Clos
Secondary Description
This is a classic example of a wine the French describe as `croquant` - crunchy. It has a sappy, engagingly fresh and granular texture and blackberry and black cherry fruit offset by an attractive earthiness. It has a good, medium finish and crackles with energy and summer picnic refreshment. (CW 21/07/14)
