MEerlust is one of South Africa`s oldest and most highly regarded wine producers. Cellarmaster Chris Williams takes particular pride in the Chardonnay. The previous regime used to over oak to please the family and it took a lot of footstamping on Chris` part to get it back on track. We have here, then, some lovely tropical fruit and some richness too. (CW 05/09/14)
