An early indication of the undoubted quality of the 2011 vintage, this excellent Pinot has freshness, but the tannins, minerality and fruit are its real strength. Redcurrant, cherry and strawberry all show at this stage, but this will develop `unterholz` (underbrush) character if you can keep your hands off it. (CW 30/05/12)
