2010 Secret de Biac (Cadillac)

This 100% Semillon from a carefully selected block in the Biac vineyard has perfectly judged botrytis, texture and flavour that is cleanly fruity. The oak and acid components integrate seamlessly and the harmonious whole makes a sweet, yet savoury wine that matches with many foods and is much more versatile than many people think.
