B de Biac is a selection from parcels of vines on the restored, sloping vineyards above the river Garonne and from where, if you are lucky, you may see the wing of an Airbus floating serenely past. But that is not the point of this wine, which is to give seamless pleasure from a careful blend of young Cabernet and Merlot fruit vinified in the ultra modern gravity fed cellars almost on the riverbank.
