John Livingstone-Learmonth
pale, flinty colour; graceful aroma, nice wafts of white fruit here. The palate is measured, rounded, has nice gras richness, low acidity. (Marsanne, 2 year 228-litre oak cask, doing its malo now) serene, lateral, floral nose. There is gras inside the palate, a fine line of grip around it, and richness again on the aftertaste, nice poise here. There is clearly a lot of fat in 2009. To 2015 **(*)
