One year in barrel, 30% new, six months in tank. From young vines - just ten years old. 5 barrels from a block just under the quarry.
Very dry, mineral, greengage, stony, clean, not so generous, a touch of intellectual austerity here. Quite fine texture. No apparent oak, but fruitcoated palate-staining acidity and freshness. Really nice and ageable. (CW 04/11/10)
