2008 Adalia Recioto della Valpolicella

Personally I can`t stand gorgonzola, but if I were forced to eat it, this would be washing it down. I would rather have it with other more civilised cheeses, or for preference, chocolate. By itself it is a delightful end of day libation to the gods of sleep and I have been known to grab a sneaky sip with a rich game casserole. It is also brilliant value for money. (CW 12/08/12)
