1991 Aultmore, AD Rattray 22 yo 57.5%

This is rarely bottled as a single malt, being prized by the blenders and especially Dewars in their White Label. It is a central Speyside which draws its water from the Auchinderran Burn. It`s rich and barleyish on the nose, with caramel and spicey fruit on the palate. It is soft and complex with a long finish. An ideal nightcap dram. (CW 05/06/14)
