Take me to the river
The Loire is a huge river which in one way or another affects a third of France. It also contains a wide diversity of wine styles, and in terms of wine appreciation can be a somewhat neglected region. It is home to more than one grape variety, including the very noble Chenin Blanc, and we have two spectacular examples on show today. Not only that, we're showing a light Pinot Noir/Gamay cross from Chervney and a smoky, gravelly Chinon.
