First run - unpasteurised spring 2022 release
An annual release in the Spring, Arabashiri is an unpasteurised Sake, so keep it refrigerated at all times and it is best served chilled. It comes from Nagano Prefecture and the district of Suwa. It is made using the romantically named Association No. 7 yeast, a strain that was discovered at the Masumi brewery in 1946 and it makes a big contribution to Sake quality.
