The 2021 Zinfandel Dragon Vineyard is powerfully styled, with a deep ruby-purple color and aromas of cassis, graphite and cocoa. The full-bodied palate features concentrated yet nuanced flavors, a harmonious, grainy structure and long, mineral-driven finish. Offer it another 3-5 years in bottle and drink it over the next 10-15. 95 points

The 2021 Zinfandel Dragon Vineyard is an intensely savory and mineral Howell Mountain Zinfandel. The Dragon packs a serious punch in its mountain tannin, and yet it also has enough mid-palate sweetness to pull it all together. Layered, vibrant and exceptionally beautiful, the Dragon is another compelling wine in this range of 2021s from Turley. 93-95 points
