The 2021 Cappella is a pretty, very delicate wine. Floral and vibrant, this mid-weight Cabernet Sauvignon is super-expressive right out of the gate. Rose petal, lavender, orange peel, spice and menthol gradually open with coaxing. There`s a bit of firmness that needs time to soften. Otherwise, this should drink well right out of the gate. It opens beautifully with a bit of aeration. Drink 2029 – 2043. 96 points
