The 2015 Brut Blanc de Blancs Vintage is a soft, open-knit Champagne to drink now and over the next few years. Apricot, pear, dried flowers, chamomile, spice and light tropical notes all run through this expressive, pliant edition of the Roederer Vintage, which spent 34 months in oak. All the elements are nicely balanced. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. 92 points
