2015 Lapalu Brouilly Croix des Rameaux

This is ripe, with a perfumed nose and the wet stone character is already clear. On the palate the Jean-Claude Lapalu has lovely and juicy but grown up fruit, melting tannins and a sapid touch on the finish. In 2015 J-C reduced fermentation and maceration times to retain freshness in this hot vintage. (CW 21/11/16)
