2015 Domaine la Soumade Rasteau

Domaine La Soumade has long been a favourite. First Andre and now Frederic make a series of Rasteau and Cotes du Rhone wines which are never shy and in a generous vintage like 2015 are very expressive and full wines. Majoring on Grenache this village wine has lovely fruit and is full bodied without being over the top. A great accompaniment to robust food including rich, dark curries. (CW 29/09/17)
