Ian D`Agata
(a blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Passerina and Pecorino). Bright gold-tinged yellow. Begins with an intense banana aroma, then shows more Falerio-typical notes of citrus fruits, freshly cut grass and sage. Broad and horizontal yet weightless, with flavors of aromatic herbs and stone fruits, this builds nicely on the back end, finishing with a subtle dusty saline character and hints of passion fruit and banana. This struck me as a rather large-scaled Falerio. 88 points
